• Changes to Project Scope: Any changes to the project scope after the initial quote is approved will require a written change order outlining the revised scope and any adjustments to the cost or timeline.

3. Payments

Apex Interio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Services or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Services or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Services.
